Description:

Pride Arts is holding additional auditions for their upcoming production of AMERICAS BEST OUTCAST TOY - An Oddball Holiday Reality Musical written by Cindy O'Connor and Larry Todd Cousineau (the writers of All That He Was and Flies! The Musical!) ABOT is a musical parody; it will be directed by Donterrio Johnson.

We are now accepting more submissions for male-presenting performers who are strong singers and comedic actors, ages 20s - 40s. Actors of all ethnicities and actors with disabilities are encouraged to submit.

Characters:
SCHMERMIE -celebrity host who was once was a humble toymaker but gave in to the lure of reality TV fame.

BUCKY - Who says a cowboy can't ride an ostrich? And wear a pink bandana? Where's the rule?

BEARY - Teddy bears don't usually have wings, but you should see BEARY rock them! (ALSO: JUDGE 2)

SPOTTY - This polka-dot creature has a sympathy-inducing skin condition.

FISHBIRD - This strange hybrid toy was assembled by a disgruntled stuffed animal factory employee. (ALSO: JUDGE 3)

Auditions will be held at Pride Arts Center, 4147 N. Broadway
