Climate change. Student loans. Certain cheeto headed politicians. Right now, it feels like Mercury is always in retrograde. How is anyone supposed to get a break these days? Join us for a one night only event where we can scream it out with some of the best performers in Chicago, shop from local artisans instead of giving money to the corporate giants trying to crush us, and drink our feelings away for a bit. Your therapist thinks you should treat yourself once in a while- might as well do it with us.
We are seeking odd, interesting, or just plain bizarre acts responding to the theme Everything Sucks- circus, drag, clown, burlesque, and more welcome to apply! Acts should be about 5-12 minutes in length.
Pieus Productions seeks to have our performers reflect the diverse world we live in. LGBTQ+, POC, and disabled performers are highly encouraged to submit.
