NOTE: This is for a safety training video for a utility company and the video series will be produced in both English and Spanish and be approx. 20-25 minutes in length. It will include hypothetical scenarios that provide tips designed to keep utility workers and customers safe while demonstrating their core values. | FEMALE UTILITY WORKER | Female | Hispanic | 30-40 | Light Skinned Latino or looks Caucasian, strong and athletic not the delicate supermodel type). A worker arrives at a house to inspect utility lines in customer’s backyard. When the customer doesn’t answer after several knocks at the door, the worker cuts the padlock on the side gate and enters the backyard to complete the inspection. The customer emerges from their house furious, and when they threaten with worker with violence, the worker apologizes and follows proper protocol in order to exit the situation safely.
