AlphaBet Soup Productions announces non-AEA auditions for our productions of: Beauty and the Beast (Oct-Dec, 2019) and The Wizard of Oz (Jan-Apr, 2020)

All ABS shows are original one-hour musicals performed at 10:30am on weekday mornings and occasional Saturdays. Performances are held at various locations throughout the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs (Naperville, Palos Hills, Schaumburg etc.). Having your own transportation is encouraged, but not required. Visit our website for a detailed schedule and performance locations.

Rehearsals are held for approximately two weeks prior to the first performance (Mon-Fri from 10am-2pm), so daytime availability is a must.

Seeking adult professional actors of all types. All ethnicities are strongly encouraged to audition. No performers under 18 are being seen at this time.

All positions are paid (Rehearsal stipend + per show pay)

Tues. August 13 at Stage 773 (1225 W. Belmont Ave. Chicago, IL) from 11am-4pm AND Wed. August 14 at the AlphaBet Soup Office (376 E St. Charles Rd. Lombard, IL) 12-3pm

Material To Prepare:
Please prepare a 1 minute monologue and 16 bars acapella of a song which shows your voice at its best. Please bring a hard copy of your headshot and resume to the audition.
