Description:
eta Creative Arts Foundation in partnership with the Millennium Park Theater Seriesis holding auditions for "I Protest".
"I Protest" will consist of a live original theatrical production, designed to allow students to create personal works that give voice and physicality to a moment of protest. This is an ensemble project.
Audition Breakdown:
-Must be 15 - 21 yrs. old
-Prepare two audition pieces
-1 contemporary monologue
-1 original poem, rap, song, or speech
-Must be able and comfortable with movement (if asked to dance)
Audition Dates:
-Monday, July 29, 2019 5-8pm
-Tuesday, July 30, 2019, 5-8pm (auditions & callbacks)
Time Commitment:
Production Dates: September 16-21, 2019 TBD
Rehearsals: August 15-September 14
Cast will meet a minimum of 4 hours 3 times per week. Performance location is Millennium Park.
