This open casting call is to fill roles for four (4) separate senior thesis films for The Art Institute of Wisconsin. Our goal is to make Film festival worthy films, but no guarantees. The castings will be held on November 20th 2012 from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. At the Art Institute of Wisconsin, 320 East Buffalo Street Milwaukee, WI 53202, on the 2nd floor. Please enter from the Buffalo Street entrance and take the elevator to the second floor, then follow the casting signs.

The specific projects are as follows:
Character needs for Wayward, a short comedy film about a man who is fired from the CIA and has trouble getting back on his feet, which alcohol may have a factor in.
Park Ranger- Supporting role. (Race open). Middle aged male (35-50). Unusual style/weird personality/socially awkward.
Danny- Supporting role. Race open. 20 something year old male. (20-27). Average build, goes with the flow, unmotivated in life.
Linda -- Supporting role. White female. Middle aged preferred. (40-55). Mother.
Taylor- Supporting role. White male. Middle aged preferred. (40-55). Father.
(Linda and Taylor are married and Desmond (lead character) is their son)
There are 4 main character needs for Express Lane Evolution, a sci-fi thriller. Dan and Marie are teenage twin brother and sister. Dr. and Mrs. Randall are Dan and Marie's parents.
Dan Singh, Indian/middle eastern appearance preferred or (Dan Randall- Race open)- Teenage looking male (17-19) Lead role.
Marie Singh, Indian/middle eastern appearance preferred or (Marie Randall- Race open)-Teenage looking female (17-19) Lead role.
Dr. Singh- Indian/middle eastern appearance preferred or (Dr. Randall- Race open)- Forty something looking male. Supporting role.

Open Casting Call for student thesis project "Gimmick" -- an hour-long dramatic television pilot about three characters who all practice a different form of physical combat as a way of creating personas to deal with their real-life problems.
