Description:
Theatre Casting Call for Stage Reading of exciting new comedy in Toronto festival, May 2012. Act I was first performed in the festival in 2010 and we've been invited back to perform Act II. We're seeking experienced professional comedic actors for the stage reading and workshops. Roles include:
1) Black Caribbean Gay Male (Late 50s/60s) with Caribbean accent;
2) Black Caribbean Woman, late 50s, with Caribbean accent;
3) Jewish Mother, 60s;
4) British expat male, 30s/40s;
5) neo-conservative woman, late 50s/early 60s;
6) a retired male waiter in his 60s.
