The Darkness Studios in association with Place to B Productions are collaborating on two horror feature films to be shot in Texas during the first quarter of 2012. We are looking to cast many roles. Some lead, some featured.

Also anyone with crew experience welcome to show up and introduce yourself to us.

STEVE- 23-29yrs old. MONICA'S boyfriend and brother to SARAH. STEVE is the outdoorsy-type. An all around "good guy" who cares deeply about his sister, girlfriend, and friends. He had a crush on MONICA for years but she never payed any attention to him until now. Adventurous yet cautious. He doesn't go out looking for trouble but if trouble finds him he's ready to deal with it.

SARAH- 21-29yrs old. She is STEVE'S little sister. Very intellectual and reserved although she's got a wild side. SARAH was just dumped by her boyfriend of 2yrs, MIKE, and is
in a rut. She reluctantly agreed to go on this trip as a way
to get her mind off the breakup. She sometimes thinks STEVE is a bit overbearing when it comes to her and although she won't openly admit it she likes having him as a strong pillar to lean on.

MONICA- 21-29yrs old. She is STEVE'S girlfriend and SARAH'S best friend since they were children. Her relationship with STEVE just recently began and so they are completely infatuated with each other and have an air of "puppy love". MONICA likes to party and to get wild. Although she used to think STEVE was too tame for her, she changed her mind after "The Incident"! She's a great friend to SARAH, but even with those closest to her she can get a hot temper which she attributes to her latino roots.


BEN- 23-29yrs old. STEVE'S best friend. Even though they met in college, BEN & STEVE'S friendship is a strong one. They're both athletes, outdoorsmen, and Fraternity brothers. This is BEN's last outing since he's joining the Air Force. He has a crush on SARAH but is a bit shy and can't bring himself to tell her how he feels. BEN is a bit more Zen than the rest of the group and when things get a bit crazy he's usually the one trying to calm everyone else down.


JOE- 23-27yrs old. BEN's younger brother. Always up for a party. JOE is the epitome of male chauvinism. Rude and crude. He thinks he's the center of the universe and is completely oblivious to the fact that most people find him annoying. When he heard about the trip to the cabin he pretty much invited himself along as "financier"...but he spent all the money on drugs, alcohol, and clothes for STACEY, a girl he's trying to impress. Wherever JOE goes he takes with him his trusty cam so he can broadcast his antics on the net.


STACEY- 21-26yrs old. JOE's "companion" for the trip. STACEY is a hedonistic girl that met JOE the night before at her work while "dancing". Always looking for what's most fun and pleasurable. She's just along for the fun and even though JOE can get annoying sometimes, she's got him completely under control.


JESSICA- 21-29yrs old. She's a friend of MONICA & SARAH. Waaay more conservative than anyone else in the group and a little bitchy at times. She secretly has a crush on Ben and even though SARAH doesn't seem to care for BEN in a romantic way, she came along to make sure nothing happened between them.


JOHN- 40-50yrs old. ED'S father. A poacher from the nearby town. He's taken over STEVE'S uncle's cabin since it's been abandoned for so long and made it his own. He's an uncaring, greedy man with a rough, weathered face. He's seen what the "critters" have done to nearby animals and is not beyond killing a member of the group when he discovers they're "infected".


ED- 20-28yrs old. JOHN'S son. Like father, like son...Ed has no remorse for the "city kids" and is willing to do anything to make sure the family poaching business is not compromised.
