Southwest Houston Filmmakers is a meetup group focused on no-budget and low-budget film and video projects.

We're auditioning for TWO roles in a short film called "Cutter". The role has a few lines, not much (less than 20, actually). Rather, It is very emotionally intense. The lines are in English.

Young male (21 - 30)
Caucasian or east-asian
Slight of build (not bulky or buff)
No taller than 5'7" (this is very important)
Basically we're looking for someone who can pass for an "emo kid"

Young female (21-30)
Any Ethnicity
Any build

The audition/rehearsal will take place at your convenience... during the week after work hours, or on the weekend of November 5th. It'll take place either on the primary set (an abandoned lot in downtown Houston), or in the garage of my Richmond home.

If you're chosen and are interested, it'll be a one-day shoot on the FOLLOWING Saturday. We will rehearse one more time before the shoot date.

On the day of filming, compensation will be Food (1 meal), Copy, and Credits, plus $10 (ten dollars) to maybe help cover your transportation costs.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. We need people who can COMMIT. If interested, please respond with a current picture of yourself, preferably full-body. If you happen to have on semi-goth or "emo" attire, that'd be cool :)
