Description:

Theo Ubique Cabaret Theatre, an award-winning theatre in Evanston, Illinois, seeks a Full-Time Managing Director to oversee the implementation of the financial, administrative, visibility, and facility-related policies of the company. This on-site position will manage the off-site Box Office staff, Bookkeeper, and Marketing Coordinator to ensure the timely, professional accomplishment of each of their objectives, as well as oversee the Bar Manager to ensure Bar/Restaurant and Amenities operations run smoothly. Furthermore, the Managing Director is responsible for the organization's compliance with all City of Evanston/State of Illinois regulatory requirements in connection with food/liquor services. The Managing Director works closely with the Artistic Director in developing goals, budgets, and timelines, and reports to the Board of Directors.

This is a 40-hour a week, on-site position, without benefits, starting in mid-June. Salary commensurate with experience.
